City Concert Series

Join us at our new City Park Amphitheater for our first year of concerts. If you love music, then bring your family and friends to enjoy a summer evening while listening to a variety of bands. There is a combination of fixed seating and lawn seating available. All of the performances are located on the amphitheater stage and are FREE of charge. Concessions will be available, and you can also bring your own food and beverages (no glass bottles, please.)

All performances will begin at 8:00 p.m. and will end at approximately 10:00 p.m. Unless othewise specified.

Joe Dirt and the Dirty Boys Band are considered the kings of cover-band circuit according to Riverfront Times. Comprised of former members of the Urge, Stir and current members of El Monstero and Celebration Day, these four men wield a set list that consists of great cover hits from the 70's. Expect a multitude of songs such as Led Zeppelin, Van Halen and AC/DC, and of course, along with slightly more obscure numbers by the likes of the James Gang, Billy Squier, and Golden Earring. Their experience and 70's rock passion stands out throughout the performance.

Courtney performed in the 2012 West County Talent Bash and was named the Teen Solo/Duo category winner.

A few of their many influences include Michael Buble, The Glen Miller Orchestra, and The Blues Brothers. The St Louis Big Band has performed at numerous venues in the St. Louis area including St. Louis Union Station, area country clubs, & Robbie's House of Jazz. Maintaining an active schedule of recording and performing The St Louis Big Band plays everything from The Glenn Miller Orchestra to The Black Eyed Peas, all with their own trademark 20 piece sound.
