COVID Information



Masks are required while approaching and within the venue. This rule will be strictly enforced by security personnel. Patrons may remove the mask while within their socially distanced seating area. When leaving their seating area, patrons must put their masks back on.

When arriving at the venue, patrons will be greeted by staff members and asked the following questions:

  • Have you, or anyone in your household, been in contact with a person that has tested positive for COVID-19?
  • Have you, or anyone in your household, been in contact with a person that is in the process of being tested for COVID-19?
  • Have you, or anyone in your household, traveled outside of the USA within the last two (2) weeks?
  • Are you having trouble breathing, have a dry cough, loss of taste or smell, or have flu-like symptoms?

Patrons answering yes to any of the questions, will not be allowed to enter the venue.

If a patron answers no to all of the above questions, staff members will use a non-touch thermal thermometer to gauge the patron’s forehead temperature. If the patron’s temperature reads above 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit, attempts will be made to allow the patron to cool off due to outside temperatures and egress from their parking spot. After three attempts of thermal reading, the patron will not be allowed to enter the venue and a refund of their ticket will be provided.

If a patron’s temperature reads below 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit, they will be allowed further access into the venue for ticket scanning and security screening so that they may enjoy the show.


Patrons must wear a mask if outside of their socially distanced seating AT ALL TIMES. Patrons must ensure they are remaining socially distanced from patrons outside their household.

In an event where General Admission tickets are provided, patrons must ensure their seating arrangement is socially distanced from other patrons. In the event an issue occurs, security personnel will be reached to handle each situation. We ask that all patrons understand that these are abnormal operations and to work together as a community so that we may continue to provide everyone with great entertainers!

Facilities such as restrooms have capacities to ensure proper social distancing. Patrons are expected to abide by all capacity restrictions.

Sanitization stations will be provided at all entry points as well as scattered around the venue.

Food and drink will be available within the venue. Patrons are encouraged to return to their seating area before consumption.

Patrons who are in the Pit, VIP Deck, and Reserved (fixed) seating do not need to bring a seating arrangement. Patrons in the Terrace, Mezzanine, and GA Lawn must provide their own seating arrangement (i.e. Lawn chair, blanket, etc). When the event concludes, we ask that all patrons remain in their seating area. Staff will announce to the patrons which sections are being released to exit the venue in order to reduce crowding. For logistical purposes the sections will go in order of the following- 1st: GA Lawn and Mezzanine Seating, 2nd: Terrace and Deck Seating, 3rd: Fixed and Pit Seating.

There will be two points of exit for the venue, North and South Exits. See below for a map showing exit routes. We ask that patrons please use their corresponding exits based on their seating location when their section is called to exit.
